These are the four options for remote work:

1️⃣ Remote Employee
This is working remotely for a company on salary as a W2 employee.

This could be fully remote or hybrid (a couple days in person and the rest remotely).

2️⃣ Freelance/Solopreneur
Working independently for clients providing a service and can be done hourly, project based, or retainer. Think: VA, copywriter, graphic designer, etc.

3️⃣ Online Business Owner
Creating your own online biz to sell products/services.

As an example, this is what I do 👩🏼‍💻 I started out freelance though.

4️⃣ Side Hustles
These are jobs you can do with no experience needed and work as little or as much as you want.
