Or maybe it's been a while since they created their systems and need some fresh eyes on them to ensure it's efficient. They have a team that can implement the advised changes from our consult or has the time to do it themselves.
This is a 90-minute recorded Zoom meeting where we screen share and talk through how things are currently set up, what's working, what's not, and. I advise on recommended changes and how to make them. After our call, they'll know the exact next steps they need to take to get your business organized and what systems need to be put in place.
What's Included:
The Zoom call replay + my assessment notes including the current challenges, advised changes to be made, how to make the changes, my recommendations, and all my system and process templates to assist.

Monthly Consulting
This is designed for the entrepreneur who is ready to get their business organized and make things more efficient. They have a team that can implement the advised changes from our consults or has the time to do it themselves.
It's a monthly engagement together ip order to keep things on track and progress moving forward. We will go through one system, process, or workflow each call to discuss how things are currently set up, what's working, what's not, and I advise on recommended changes and how to make them. After our call, you'll know the exact next steps you/your team needs to take.

This is designed for the entrepreneur who needs support for a few months to get their business organized and make things more efficient. They do not have a team member who can implement the changes advised and would like my team to do it.
This is a monthly retainer (which you can cancel any time) where we go through fixing and updating the systems, processes, and workflows in your business to *finally* get things organized and running efficiently.
You will have one updated and implemented system/process/workflow per month.
Updating entire systems/processes in a business is best when conquering them one at a time and training the team on how to best use them. We’re ALL about efficiency - if we have more time available and can get more accomplished, we will! You never have to worry about us dragging our feet around here.

How It All Got Started
Who is Chelsea and why did she start doing this?
I used to be the Executive Assistant for the Chief Digital Officer of a successful multi-million dollar company, Ramsey Solutions. I stepped away from that role because I wanted to work remotely (which wasn't allowed) to travel more and work from anywhere.
I started out in my remote journey as a freelance Virtual Executive Assistant which then turned into being an Integrator/COO to several high-level entrepreneurs and thought leaders. My clients' colleagues would ask if I could help them too, but I just didn't have the bandwidth. I did, however, know a lot of other great EAs and Integrators that I had worked with and began connecting them to work together. This is where the Virtual EA & OBM Matching first began - by connecting good people together. That is and always will be the heart behind it.
I started my own business from scratch and, now as an entrepreneur myself, I'm uniquely positioned to know what a small business owner needs as well as what the candidates are looking for too.
